Morning Melt Poutine

Ingredients:
- 250ml (1 cup) Armstrong Mmmm… Bacon Natural Shredded Cheese with REAL Bacon
- 200g (1 package) Armstrong NIBBLERS® Smokey Bacon Natural Cheese Snacks
- 1 tbsp of butter
- ½ red pepper (diced)
- ½ onion (diced)
- 6 mushrooms (sliced)
- Salt and pepper taste
- 4 cups tater tots (cooked according to package directions)
- 1 cup prepared gravy
- ¼ cup green onions (finely chopped)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Heat cast iron pan (or oven safe pan) on medium heat and melt butter. Add the diced red peppers, onions and mushrooms and stir for a few minutes or until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in cooked tater tots.
- Heat gravy until bubbling. Pour ¼ cup of gravy over top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over potato mixture. Then sprinkle Nibblers over mixture and cover with remaining gravy.
- Place in the oven until shredded cheese is completely melted.
- Remove from oven, garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
