Fried Cheese Curds

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. onion powder
- ½ tbsp. paprika
- 1 tbsp. crushed cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 ½ cups Panko-style breadcrumbs
- Dried parsley
- Armstrong NIBBLERS® Original Natural Cheese Curds
Directions:
- Line bottom of air fryer with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, add the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and crushed cayenne pepper.
- In a ramekin, lightly whisk the egg with a fork.
- In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and dried parsley.
- Using a fork, prick a piece of cheese curd (your favourite flavour!). Dip it in the flour mixture, in the egg, and then in the breadcrumbs, before placing it in the air fryer.
- Repeat this process with all the cheese curds.
- Cook in the air fryer for 5 to 7 minutes, until golden brown.
- Enjoy a melty cheese snack that stretches to perfection!
