Ingredients:

  • 250ml (1 cup) Armstrong Mmmm… Bacon Natural Shredded Cheese with REAL Bacon
  • 200g (1 package) Armstrong NIBBLERS® Smokey Bacon Natural Cheese Snacks
  • 1 tbsp of butter
  • ½ red pepper (diced)
  • ½ onion (diced)
  • 6 mushrooms (sliced)
  • Salt and pepper taste
  • 4 cups tater tots (cooked according to package directions)
  • 1 cup prepared gravy
  • ¼ cup green onions (finely chopped)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Heat cast iron pan (or oven safe pan) on medium heat and melt butter. Add the diced red peppers, onions and mushrooms and stir for a few minutes or until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in cooked tater tots.
  4. Heat gravy until bubbling. Pour ¼ cup of gravy over top.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over potato mixture. Then sprinkle Nibblers over mixture and cover with remaining gravy.
  6. Place in the oven until shredded cheese is completely melted.
  7. Remove from oven, garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
