Cooper’s story began alongside his buddy Atlas in a northern Manitoba community, where both were living outside as young puppies. Since coming into rescue, Cooper has been fostered with Atlas, and together they’ve grown into happy, healthy dogs. Now it’s Cooper’s turn to find his forever home. Cooper is a gentle soul with a loving nature. He is kind, affectionate, and loyal.
